Этаноловая септальная аблация в лечении обструктивной гипертрофической кардиомиопатии: отбор пациентов и рациональность ее применения

Аннотация


В статье рассмотрены вопросы отбора больных для этаноловой септальной аблации при обструктивной гипертрофической кардиомиопатии на основе мирового опыта и данных литературы. С точки зрения доказательной медицины освещен метод этаноловой септальной аблации в комплексном лечении пациентов с гипертрофической кардиомиопатией.
